PROBLEM STATEMENT
Foreign job seekers face significant challenges when navigating the complex process of finding employment in the United States. These challenges include understanding visa regulations, cultural differences in job applications and interviews, and limited access to professional networks. Additionally, there is a lack of centralized and reliable resources tailored to the needs of foreign job seekers.
OUTCOME
Creating a comprehensive digital platform that provides accurate information, cultural insights, and networking opportunities, empowering foreign job seekers to successfully secure employment in the United States and integrate into the American workforce.

Excited to graduate soon, Rafael is in search of work in the US. He lived in Brazil for the majority of his life until he came to United States for college. Rafael is the opposite of a homebody and loves traveling abroad.

Frustrations
There is no product in the market that provides Rafael with the necessary tools to find companies that sponsor a work visa, as well as break down all the steps needed to achieve the visa on his end. This also includes the cultural differences, networking opportunities, and company transparency.
Research
Our group conducted a survey posted on a public platform that received responses from individuals that went through or are going through the process of receiving a Visa to work in the US.

DESKTOP EDITION
Considering legal documents are often stored on a laptop, the desktop edition will allow for users to efficiently upload documents securely. Typically after the onboarding journey, users download job apps to stay active and alert for new job postings and important notifications.
ON-THE-GO
The app offered on the IPhone will allow users to stay alert with important notifications such as new job postings or status updates on their visa anywhere they go. Users can utilize the networking and messaging features on the go. They will also be able to apply for jobs efficiently with their uploaded resume and data collected during the onboarding process.
